4.0部屋は広くて良いですが、以下の点が気になりました。 ウェルカムドリンクがあったのですが、夕方の早い時間でしたがビールサーバーが空でした。 部屋のバスタブの排水が悪く、シャワーを使っていると足元に水が溜まってしまします。部屋に置いてあったティーパックが賞味期限切れでした。空気清浄機が設置されているのですが、使おうと思ったらフィルターにびっしり誇りが溜まっていたため、使いませんでした。 部屋の見た目は良いのですが、細かいところが行き届いていないようです。

10.0スタッフの方の対応がきめ細やかでよかったです。エアコンの温度調節がうまくできなかったのはちょっと残念でしたが、料金のお手頃さを考えるとトータルではじゅうぶん満足です。

8.0ハッピーアワー。ビールをいただきました。 最後の日は新幹線の時間まで荷物を預かってもらい、もう少しだけ楽しむことができました。 京阪電車の清水五条駅に程近いのであちこちいけましたよー👍

10.0This hotel is top notch for Kyoto. The staff were very kind and welcoming towards us. The Air Conditioning was amazing for the heat and humidity (41°). The room was very spacious. Thank you.
