10.0The apartment was spacious, modern, very clean and well equipped. Ideal location for walking into the centre of Florence, lots of good restaurants close by.

9.0Das Apartment war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und es war auch genügend Platz in der Küche / Esszimmer. Es gab auch einen kleinen Balkon zum sehr ruhigen Innenhof. Die Lage der Unterkunft war für unsere Ausflüge sehr gut. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten am Arno und am Weg ins Zentrum. Nur 5 Minuten entfernt gibt es eine Parkgarage die leicht zu erreichen ist. Das Apartment liegt außerhalb der ZTL und kann zum Ein- und Ausladen direkt mit dem PKW angefahren werden. Es liegt jedoch an einer Kurzparkzone weshalb sich eine Parkgarage empfiehlt.
− Da gibt es nicht viel was nicht gefallen hat. Zu erwähnen ist, dass die Wände etwas dünn sind und man die anderen Bewohner hört, aber es war in der Nacht trotzdem ruhig im Haus. Wir hatten zwei Badezimmer, für jedes Zimmer eines, wobei das eine sehr klein war und eher nur als Notlösung diente.

10.0房间很大，空间充足，设计非常有品味，以至于我们拍了几张照片用作装修参考) 房间舒适，被子是有柔软内芯的，而不是像意大利许多其他酒店一样只有一层被单。有两个洗手间，设施也很齐全，洗衣机是洗烘一体的，还提供了一个洗衣凝珠。checkout无需任何手续且可以免费寄存行李。周边环境很安静且安全。性价比极高
− 空调面板是锁定的，无法自行调节，考虑到卧室的出风口直接对人，在睡觉时会尤为感到不适(冷)；一些服务细节缺失：两个卫生间的洗手液盒子都是空的，卧室卫生间淋浴间的玻璃门下侧开胶了，有些不安全。建议提供抽纸（虽然有提供足量卷纸）、衣架和一次性拖鞋等，以完善服务。位置略偏远，走到核心景区需要约15分钟，虽然可以坐公交，但佛罗伦萨的公交频次实在太低，夏季暴晒下走这段路程会有些难熬

8.0Apartamentos muy nuevos, y modernos. Aire acondicionado regulable en cada habitación. Ubicación estupenda, ya que está al límite de la zona de pago, con lo que dejas el coche en la zona y estás a 15-20 minutos del centro. Atención estupenda, ya que responden enseguida.
− Los cuartos de baño son excesivamente pequeños, para lo grandes que son los apartamentos. Y los espejos están puestos en alto, con lo que imposible verte.
