9.0My family and I loved staying her. Staff were very accomodating. Included breakfast options were brief, but all 4 choices were delicious.

7.0Overall, we had a very nice stay. The location was great and very convenient. The restaurant staff were especially friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made for a very pleasant experience.
− We checked in late at night, and unfortunately, the room wasn’t set up properly for our arrival. We had booked a room for four people, but only the main bed was prepared. It ended up taking more than an hour for everything else to be set up, which was especially frustrating as the kids were exhausted and just wanted to go to sleep. The situation was made even more uncomfortable when the staff member who brought the bedding seemed to suggest that we had taken a duvet from the room, which felt quite strange and unnecessary. Overall, it was not the kind of check-in experience we would expect from a hotel of this standard. That being said, aside from the issues on our first night, we had a very nice stay and enjoyed the hotel.

8.0Hotel was very quiet, especially surprising so close to Times Square hustle and bustle. The suite had lots of space and calm classic vibe. The location was great, within walking distance of many sites and easy subway access.
− Breakfast was very slow and chaotic, though the food was good. Bathroom was small and strangely laid out. Cost was too high.

6.0Ubicación.
− Habitación muy oscura y antigua. Para apagar la luz te tienes que levantar de la cama, no hay forma de tener una luz pequeña encendida si no están todas encendidas. La cama bien. El baño muy estrecho. El desayuno regular. Largas esperas para que te sirvan... Si pides el desayuno americano un día te lo ponen con mantequilla y mermelada. Al día siguiente no lo sirven, lo pides y te lo añaden a la cuenta después de malas caras... No encaja en la descripción de "luxury"
