8.0Prima dell'arrivo le informazioni tramite whatsapp sono state molto chiare. Il personale dell'Hotel molto cordiale. L'appartamento era in ordine e pulito e confortevole.
− Mancavano Mug e/o ciotole per a colazione ma per il resto tutto in ordine.

9.0La ubicación, tienes una parada de autobús y metro a pocos metros del apartamento. A 10 minutos a pie de la estación de Termini, zona muy tranquila, segura y muy recomendable para familias, aunque os pueda parecer pequeño( que para mí no lo fue) tiene muchas comodidades, alquilamos el apartamento con terraza y fue un acierto. En la misma avenida hay un supermercado muy completo. Recomiendo este apartamento sobretodo x la zona y ubicación.
− La forma de acceder al apartamento es por clave que te mandan al teléfono unas horas antes y después tienes que ir a hacer el check-in a un hotel que tienen muy cerca si quieres hacerlo en persona. Para nosotros no fue inconveniente porque te lo explican muy bien todo y están todo el tiempo en contacto contigo pero lo pongo para las personas que quieran saber toda la información.

7.0Sehr gute Größe der Ferienwohnung. Schöne Terrasse, aber leider ohne Sonnenschirm, aber mit Schirmständer. Die Terrasse war dadurch für uns bei 40 Grad Außentemperatur kaum nutzbar. Check in sehr unkompliziert, sehr netter Mitarbeiter beim Crosti Hotel. Bügeleisen- und Brett vorhanden, Wäscheständer im Schrank auf der Terrasse. Gute Verkehrsanbindung mit Bus und Metro, kleiner Supermarkt fast direkt nebenan. Genug Handtücher vorhanden. Guter Wasserdruck in der Dusche.
− Die Klimaanlage hat nicht gut funktioniert. Trotz höchster Stufe hatten wir 30 Grad in der Wohnung (Außentemperatur ca 40 Grad). Leider viel zu viel, wenn man extra eine Wohnung mit Klima gebucht hat. Dieser Punkt, gerade bei sehr Temperaturen, zieht die Bewertung für uns nach unten. Zu wenig Geschirr für 4 Personen, alles nur 1x pro Person vorhanden.
