4.0급하게 예약하고 갔는데 새벽에 짐 맡기는 과정이 매우 좋았고 침대가 정말 좋습니다.
− 객실내 많은 유료품이 있습니다. 주의가 필요해서 아예 안썼어요. 가장 당황스러운것은 호텔보증금이 많이 사라진 것으로 아는데 오전 짐 맡길때 보증금을 요청했으며(200파운드/상당한 큰 금액이라 놀랐어요), 저녁 체크인 시 보증금을 또 요청해서 이 부분을 항의 하니 직원이 영어를 못한다며 다른직원에게 한숨을 쉬었습니다. 결국 카드결제 내역을 보여주고서야 키를 받을 수 있었지만 사과는 안하던데 모두 그런건 아닌지만 잘못 걸렸겠죠? 일종의 인종차별ㅋㅋ 방은 좁지만 기본캐리어 두개 펼칠 공간은 됩니당

9.0The room and bathroom were a decent size for a major city. The pricing was as expected. We liked the styling of the hotel. The location was also great for touring the city. It was close to key areas but not super touristy.
− We were in room 108 and the coffee maker was broken. We did not report this as it was not a big deal, but if they would like to check into for future guests.
Overall we enjoyed our stay
