Great hotel, great location
9.0The reception staff were so friendly and very helpful with the check-in, hotel and local information. The room provided great refreshments and fresh bottled water. The beds were comfortable, and the best pillows I've ever slept in at a hotel (memory foam) and the towels soft and fluffy, not hard and over starched. The breakfast was amazing, great selection and variety and egg station to cook eggs any way you want. The wait staff were very friendly and attentive. The pool and wellness area is beautiful and clean, pool temperature great.
− Not much we didn't like. The pool booking system was different though, hadn't expected to use the pool via a booking system and only 1 hour per guest per day. Although it does make the experience more quiet and private, which is nice, but booking in means you need to plan your day around it cos the time you want to go to the pool might not be available.
