− El hotel es solo correcto. No hay empatía con el pasajero, nadie acompaña con las maletas al llegar, ni a la habitación a explicar su funcionamiento. Para gente mayor no hay asientos bajos como para calzarse, ni agarraderas en la bañera o cómo diferenciar el jabón del shampoo. Son detalles que ayudan al pasajero en un hotel de esa categoría. Y en esa tarifa deberían incluir el desayuno.
