5.0The staff deliberately took out the sign that allowed them to clean the room. So they didn’t clean the room Whilst we were out and we came back to a dirty room After a long day at Disneyland

1.0Despite paying for a really expensive room And having stayed there for the first 4 days of our holiday . The hotel refused to accept our luggage for the days we travelled out of Paris despite knowing we were coming back. They recommended a storage company that ended up being a nightmare - we almost lost our luggage . Will not recommend the hotel as they aren’t flexible
