− Como ocurre en muchos hoteles no vigilan adecuadamente los desagües de lavabos o duchas, lo que se traduce en una sensación de insalubridad, ya que sabemos qué elementos producen esos "atascos", y no es nada agradable.

6.0La cama era cómoda y el baño espacioso
− Me entregaron una habitación que estaba ocupada y cuando baje a la recepción la persona encargada ni se disculpó. Hizo el cambio con actitud de fastidio como si atender a lls clientes le molestarla. La habitación es muy pequeña no hay espacio para las maletas.

7.0Su personal es encantador y a pesar de encontrarse el hotel lleno no pierden su amabilidad. Han mejorado el desayuno
− No me gustó encontrarme con una bañera y la televisión no se podía separar de la pared y está se encontraba lateralizada El salón se queda pequeño a la hora del desayuno, con las mesas muy juntas y hay un problema con el café ya q entiendo q la gente pueda estropear las máquinas y lo sirvan los camareros, pero hay tanta gente q tuvimos q pedir el café en tres ocasiones
