Great location & nice hotel
8.0Great location - clean & comfortable room with a balcony ( which we never used- no real view) Everything was walkable which was great.
− Staff not as warm & helpful as some places. Alittle pricey & breakfast not included
Great central and safe location
9.0Location was very central. Was able to walk to all the main areas and close to the trains. The room was large and facilities modern, and was quiet.
− We thought the bar might be open in the evenings, but nothing happening which is a shame as it is a lovely foyer and under utilised.

Good hotel, shame about some staff.
5.0Size of room and central location.
− The piped music in the corridors which was very audible inour room, which they refused to turn down. Also I asked fora quiet room and we were put right next to a very noisy lift.
