9.0The convenience of location was amazing. It sits above a food hall and Shibuya station. The concierge were amazing and went above and beyond by answering every request diligently and swiftly. For instance, I needed an iron (they’re not in the rooms like how US hotels are) and it was sent over. They also showed me where to go for the direct limousine bus pick up location on floor 5. It lessened my stress of having to navigate other bus stops on the first floor in front of the Hachiko station. Lastly, the room I got (deluxe double twin) had AMAZING views and was incredibly spacious. I would people watch from the window all day. You can also see the Shibuya crossing at your leisure from the elevator floor window.
− The bathroom floors, hardware, cabinets, etc are outdated. There’s no dedicated water filling station (just free water bottles at the concierge).
