7.0The pool is large and alot of tables and sun loungers
− Bed was very firm gave me sore shoulders. Messaged asking for early checkin after making booking...told it would be based on availability. When I got there I had to pay almost as much as the full daily rate as it was their policy - they should have told me this when I messaged them - they knew what time I had requested,

8.0Front office staff are so helpful and do a fast check in and check out. They helped me locate a missing item and were very facilitative. Familiar faces from previous stays like the concierge and bell man, are all so service oriented and were welcoming and helpful. Large room with all essential amenities.
− I like the carbon neutral initiatives but also miss the days when housekeeping wasn't as light. The airport shuttle service has been discontinued. There was something charming about the weekend shuttle to the City too but I can see how it may not align with the sustainability initiatives.
