10.0Lo staff è stato gentile ed accogliente. Ci ha aiutato con la prenotazione del.biglietto online per palazzo Pitti. Camera pulitissima, colazione molto buona e abbondante con grande scelta di dolci e salati. La posizione è ottima perché in 20 minuti si raggiungono tutti i punti di interesse a piedi.

10.0El personal de recepción muy amable y simpático. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias. Las camas muy cómodas. El desayuno es excelente. Pasamos una noche y nos dejaron aparcar justo enfrente del hotel de manera gratuita. Está a dos pasos de Borgo la Croce, una zona con mucho ambiente. A unos 15 minutos de todo jaleo turístico, así que la zona es ideal para visitar Florencia.
