10.0The room is very comfortable and unique with positive energy. Staffs are amazing Mujdat, ozlem, nukte and tsir from guest relation they made my stay. Also oruc from reception.

10.0We arrived at the hotel at 5 a.m. after an exhausting trip with three young kids, and the staff—especially Ozlem Tsira-Cell—was incredibly helpful and provided a complimentary triple room so we could rest until our suite was ready at 3 p.m. Overall, the entire team across the lobby and reception was wonderful. The recent renovations are amazing and make the rooms beautiful, though the pool area is quite small and could use a modern update. While the breakfast is good, it becomes quite repetitive for longer stays, and I suggest shifting the menu every two to three days. Lastly, I found the Dragon Restaurant to be overpriced and overrated. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend staying at this hotel for the beautiful views over the Bosphorus and the close proximity to main locations.
