Great location and wonderful staff, but the breakfast and housekeeping could definitely be improved.
7.0The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The location was also excellent, with everything we needed within easy reach.
− The room cleaning was not as good as I expected. The bed sheets were not changed every day, and overall the cleaning could have been better. Breakfast was probably the most disappointing part. No matter what time we went in the morning, the hot food was always cold. Some of the food also seemed to have been reheated several times, which you could clearly notice from the taste and texture. For a hotel at this level, I definitely expected better, especially when it came to the breakfast and housekeeping.
