8.0Goed gelegen, niet ver wandelen van alle bezienswaardigheden. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Mooi ingericht hotel.
− Bed was niet zo comfortabel. Wi-Fi was van ondermaatse kwaliteit en viel zelfs geregeld weg. Vragen om fooi bij het uitchecken is nieuw voor mij.
Great value hotel near the centre of Florence
10.0We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's in an excellent location, just a short walk from the centre of Florence, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and throughout our stay the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special mention goes to Anna in the breakfast area, who looked after my friends and me so well. She even remembered our coffee orders each morning without us having to ask, which was a lovely personal touch. I'd also like to thank Anna from housekeeping for keeping our rooms immaculate while always respecting our privacy and never disturbing us. Finally, a big thank you to the reception team—Ann, Hirela, Alazre, Judith, and Francesco—for your kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with anything we needed. You all made our stay even more enjoyable. I would happily recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again when visiting Florence. Grazie
