9.0We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better—right in the heart of Florence and within walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and we slept very well every night. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day and was always fresh when we returned. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and was a perfect way to start the day. Overall, this hotel made our stay in Florence even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

− Reaching the hotel by car means that you have to drive in restricted roads and be fined by the local Police. The hotel does not inform you upfront about this, although we have repeated our request to have a parking place
