Perfect location but room very noisy
8.0Location is perfect; Staff members are very helpful and excellent.
− NOISE NOISE NOISE. Our room facing the piazza is very noisy. The lousy and noisy music won’t stop until 0030 am (with happy birthday tunes going on for half an hour at full blast).

− Only 1 thing and this is me being petty 😄 i know there are free coffee and teas for everyone on 4 floor near reception, but I would like to have a kettle in the room to make a hot drink rather than going somewhere
