9.0The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful, whether at the reception or the breakfast buffet, everyone was so nice. Also, the breakfast was 10/10; good variety and the bakery was delicious.
− There’s construction right in front of the hotel, which isn’t really the hotel’s fault but worth flagging.

10.0Gorgeous boutique hotel in a great location in Florence. Comfortable & clean family room (perfect for a family of 5) and delicious breakfast buffet. Good air-conditioning which was needed in July! Staff were super friendly and helpful, gave us recommendations on where to eat and helped us with a taxi the following day to the airport
