Great staff, great location, clean rooms
10.0The staff were EXCELLENT and very accommodating. They gave helpful tips and restaurant recs, and they were even able to get us an extra bed when I forgot to request one in advance. We were greeted with a smile every time we walked in, and they let me check in super early. Rooms were clean, and the location was super convenient.
Amsterdam is a beautiful city full of life food and people are lively

− The narrow and spiral staircase.we got a room nearly at the attic and approach was steep with luggage
