We had such a perfect stay and the place just had an overall good vibe. The front reception staff were very lovely and h
10.0We had a King room and we’re on the 17th floor and had an amazing view of the Empire State building. It was very clean and close to Grand Central Station which was perfect as we could access multiple train lines. There was a great convenient store next door and a fantastic bar attached to the premises. The room was bigger than most hotels had stayed in New York previously.
Fab location, 20 min walk to Times Square. 5 mins to grand central station

9.0Most wonderful staff, from the doorman to the giest check-in/out, to the cleaning attendants- they were all so welcoming and friendly. Location was perfect for our plans. The room was clean and comfortable.
− Wish we could have been on a higher floor and a non-ADA bathroom. Our view was another building’s patio. Not the biggest of deals, though.
