8.0Location was excellent.Room was clean. Room size was huge. Staff was very polite and helpful. Coffee available 24x7 from reception which was a plus but I would prefer electric kettle or coffee machine in the room.
− Breakfast was ok but repetitive and plastic cutlery was a bit surprise. Luggage storage can be done only till 6 pm. Electric kettle or coffee machine in the room would have been a bonus.

Great location and staff, but rat incident and lack of management follow-up were disappointing.
4.0The location was excellent and the staff were friendly, helpful and very empathetic when we raised an issue.
− Unfortunately, we found a large rat immediately outside our bathroom window (Room on third floor) on the first night. This was extremely distressing for my wife, who had a panic attack and couldn't sleep that night. We were also disappointed that management did not offer any goodwill gesture afterwards.
