The best boutique hotel in Times Square area
10.0Millennium Premier is in such a great location! And I love the newly renovated rooms! Monique at the Concierge area is always so welcoming and I love seeing her smiling face each time I stay. Natalie in reservations was fantastic as she helped me navigate a tricky reservation scenario. This is definitely my “go to” hotel in NYC! It’s so convenient for seeing Broadway shows, too.

10.0I’m actually blown away by the service we received at check-in. Monique is an absolute angel. We came to NYC to celebrate a special occasion, and she made us feel so celebrated! In addition, the room is tidy, comfortable, and well-appointed, with several small thoughtful touches that took us by surprise and made us smile. Finally, the hotel’s location is unbeatable. Monique and the Millennium Premier have earned a special place in our family celebration memory. Thank you!
