A good central location in Paris with great staff.
8.0The best part of this property is the location close to the Marais and Bastilles districts. Also the fact that is has parking and takes pets was a plus for me and we had a dog and a car.
− The studio apartment was adequate and would benefit from a refresh. The equipment was pretty tired and the bathroom dated with black mould on the grouting.
Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas bon malheureusement!
5.0La Grandeur des chambres et le confort du lit.
− Les chambres auraient grandement besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Un simple coup de peinture et quelques éléments de décoration feraient une grande différence. Actuellement, le décor est très vieillot et déprimant (murs sales et endommagés) La salle de bain mériterait également une rénovation. La douche téléphone ne fonctionnait pas bien. Enfin, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas durant notre séjour, ce qui rendait l'air des chambres peu agréable. Plusieurs d'entre nous ont d'ailleurs développé des symptômes d'allergie, ce qui a nui à notre confort.
Una sosta a Parigi nel viaggio per il nord.
10.0Posizione fantastica, a pochi passi da Les Marais, musei e altre attrazioni. La stanza non è ampia ma molto bene suddivisa ed attrezza, al piano 5 si gode un panorama stupendo dal balconcino. Lo staff è molto gentile, cordiale. Il garage ha stalli stretti ma è normale a Parigi. Metro comodo a pochi passi. E' stata una piacevole esperienza che ripeteremo.
Bom porém faltou limpeza no quarto
7.0O apartamento tinha camas muito confortáveis, o espaço fo quarto era muito bom. Tinha uma cozinha com geladeira, micro-ondas e fogão, que nos permitiu fazer café da manhã e jantar, geladeira portanto, muito funcional. O box era bem pequeno com banheira. Na recepção tinha água a vontade e uma máquina de café e chá a vontade também. É bem perto de uma estação de metrô. Richard-Lenoir.
− Ficamos por 8 noites e não limparam o quarto nenhuma vez. Na foto tinha uma varanda que não havia no quarto.
