Run-down Citadines aparthotel in a great location
5.0Large well appointed room (staple of Citadines), kitchenette (which I absolutely love), small balcony, closet space and great location. The reception staff was friendly, very helpful and supportive.
− I've stayed in many Citadines chain hotels in Paris and across France (Strasbourg, Bordeaux), but this is the most run-down renovation-neglected Citadines property I've seen. I'm glad it was NOT the first Citadines hotel I stayed in, otherwise I'd never put my foot there again. This properly requires major renovation, including kitchenette (cabinet doors and appliances), bathrooms (mold all over), floors and elevators (extremely slow). The towels have greyish color and definitely seen better days.

8.0la Ubicación es excelente. La habitación que tuve esta excelente para los 4 contaba con 2 balcones.
− Falto tener mas limpieza en las paredes y las puertas. El refrigerador fallo pero muy amables lo cambiaron de inmediato. Falta tener papel de baño extra.

− Corridor and doors to the apartment need rejuvenating and lighting needs to be improved to the area. The breakfast area was cluttered and perfunctory.

9.0A localização e o atendimento são excelentes. Gostei muito da vista e achei a região tranquila e agradável. O custo-benefício vale muito a pena! O que mais gostei foi do tamanho do quarto, bem espaçoso, e da cozinha, uma ótima opção, especialmente por ter uma porta que pode ser fechada para evitar que o cheiro da comida entre o quarto. Foi muito bom ter uma pequena cozinha à disposição durante a estadia. No fim, tive a sensação de estar realmente morando em Paris por uma semana. Foi uma experiência muito agradável!
− Acho que uma renovação na decoração dos quartos seria muito bem-vinda. Durante a minha estadia, percebi que o papel de parede já apresentava alguns sinais de desgaste, com algumas partes começando a se descolar. Uma pequena reforma ou atualização dos quartos poderia deixar o ambiente ainda mais agradável e valorizar a experiência dos hóspedes.
