− Arredamento super basico e scarno, al mio arrivo caldaia acqua calda non funzionante, necessità di chiamare i tecnici per manutenzione (vedi foto), che ha richiesto circa un' ora di attesa prima di poter fare una doccia tiepida. Cuscini letto praticamente senza imbottitura. Aria condizionata rumorosa (chissà a quando risale l'ultima manutenzione...) Maniglia porta ingresso oscena (vedi foto). Neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua a disposizione. 210 euro a notte per una struttura così sono un pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo anche per una città sfrutta turisti come Firenze. SCONSIGLIATO!!!

3.0The person who met us with keys was on time. It was centrally located.
− The person who met us had to fight with door for several minutes to get it open. We had to do the same EVERY SINGLE TIME. The apartment was full of annoyances. The only shower in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit was broken in two places making it a nightmare to use. There was no soap dish in the bathroom, so the wooden counter was always a slimey mess. The kitchen had no sink stopper which made washing dishes tedious. There was only one, small, dull, knife. Also no cutting board (very unsanitary). The staircase to the upper floor was dangerously narrow with a railing that wobbled and was not properly secured to the wall. It was treacherous going up and down. This would not pass building code in Canada. I could go on, but I would describe this apartment as death by 1000 cuts. Its disappointing because a small amount of maintenance could fix all of the problems, but it has been badly neglected. DO NOT RECCOMEND.
