8.0Lovely spacious apartment with lots of amenities. Great location in Alfama, able to walk most places with lots of nice viewpoints, restaurants and brunch spots nearby
− Can be noisy, as it is in a busy area and the doors aren’t soundproof.

− De lekkage, en de rot plekken daardoor. Weinig handdoeken en douche was niet schoon. En er hing een zuur geur

1.0− Établissement insalubre. Présence d'une fuite d'eau provenant du plafond juste au dessus du lavabo de la salle de bain le rendant inutilisable. Fuite d'eau également présente dans la cuisine au niveau des plaques de cuisson. Et pour terminer présence d'énormes cafards. Bien entendu nous avons été contraints de quitter les lieux après seulement une nuit sur les 3 prévues et de rejoindre un hotel en pleine nuit. Je vous déconseille fortement.

Significant water leaks and cockroaches at night
2.0− Significant water leaks (brown smelly water) from two ceiling lights, one in kitchen above hob and in the bathroom. Cockroaches at night!! Only 1 window in apartment so very very dark. Management was unable to provide disabled access apartment swap. Refused to give a particial refund. The best they provided were replacement towels (the originals had been used to mop up the water leaks) one of which had red stains on which looked like blood.

7.0Il soggiorno in generale
− Alcuni disservizi come la scalinata molto ripida, la porta d'ingresso piccola e poco accessibile ( abbiamo avuto difficoltà con le valigie) e l'aspiratore del bagno molto rumoroso (il rumore era continuo durante tutta la notte). Inoltre, il terzo posto letto (il divano letto) scomodo e non adatto per essee usato.
