2.0I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The hotel was completely closed during my planned stay, and despite multiple requests, the management refused to refund my payment. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect and responsibility towards guests. I strongly advise others to avoid booking here to prevent similar problems. Very frustrating and unfair!

The worth hotel and staff I have ever met .
2.0I did reservation on booking , when I arrive to hotel they ask me to pay additional money as I am paying with Visa card or paying in cash. When I refused hotel admin and even hotel owner do not let me in . When I ask to call Touris police to solve this problem , they said “go anywhere you want , you will not stay in this hotel this my hotel ” . I have been in more than 100 hotels but never met such respect to guest (((((
