9.0Das Hotel zeichnet sich durch seine Toplage im Zentrum Madrids aus. Wir konnten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen und trotz Verkehrslärm und einem Zimmer zur Straße war es sehr leise.

9.0Es un hotel excelente en todos los sentidos. Saben lo que significa dar un servicio. El personal es amable y muy servicial. Ubicación inmejorable. La habitación está bonita y cómoda. Llena de detalles. El desayuno es de un precio muy accesible.
− Solo que en Madrid está la temperatura muy caliente y el aire acondicionado de la habitación no permite cambios en el control de la temperatura y hubo momentos en que la habitación se sentía como un pequeño sauna.
