Highly recommend - great staff, convenient location and perfect for a short break
9.0The hotel was a short walk from the central station and also incredibly well located to walk to all local tourist attractions (from Uffizi and the Duomo, to the Giardino dell’Iris). The hotel staff were also fantastic, making my stay warm and welcoming. Overall, the property was clean, comfortable and well maintained. A great find!
Disappointing stay in Florence
4.0The room was fine and the location of the property was quite central
− WARNING - We booked the apartment and there was no details regarding the fact that there was no lift/elevator up to the location of the apartment. We needed to haul our luggage up 2 flights of very steep stairs. If this information was provided I would not have booked this property.
Ten Days in Florence
10.0Highly recommended. Our family room (3 people) provided sufficient space during a 10-day stay in Florence. Two double beds, plus an extended desk/counter for all of our things. The bathroom was spacious and had shelves under the sink to store toiletries. All of it modern in an old building.Staff was professional, friendly and provided excellent restaurant tips. The hotel was kept very clean, and served an ample breakfast buffet - sweet and savory. A very busy 10 minute walk from the main train station, but also within walking distance to most major sites. Would stay again.

10.0Fantastic location, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was on the small size but that didn't bother me. Air-conditioning working well. Good breakfast.
