10.0Die Lage der Unterkunft ist außergewöhnlich gut und ideal, um Lissabon zu erkunden. Wir haben zudem ein Upgrade auf die obere Wohnung erhalten – das Zimmer und insbesondere der fantastische Ausblick über die Dächer von Alfama waren ein echtes Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir außerdem die hervorragende Betreuung: Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Abreise fühlten wir uns rundum bestens aufgehoben. Da wir mit einem Mietwagen angereist sind, wurde für uns sogar ein Parkplatz organisiert. Auch während des Aufenthalts wurde immer wieder aufmerksam nachgefragt, ob man uns unterstützen könne. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Wein bereit, zwischendurch wurden uns sogar köstliche Kekse gebracht. Auch um die Sauberkeit wurde sich jederzeit zuverlässig gekümmert. Ein außergewöhnlich herzlicher und aufmerksamer Service!
