10.0We absolutely loved our stay in this wonderful hotel for a very good price! The hotel is perfectly situated right across the train station and very close to all major sites in Florence so it's super convenient navigate the city without breaking the bank and a very good option should you require to be close to the main station in case you have booked day trips around Tuscany like we did or if you need to take the train or tram to the airport. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had every amenity you needed. What we deeply appreciated was that housekeeping was conducted daily and the cleanliness was nothing sort of a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was super good too with adequate options and just enough to be satisfying without unnecessary overload. The staff were all helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile and make our stay as pleasant as possible. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially considering the excellent value for money. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Florence and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, a convenient location and outstanding service without spending a fortune! We are looking forward to returning in the future!
