Fab location for the O2 and great staff!
8.0The staff made me feel instantly welcomed and were very helpful and chatty when I arrived. As I was travelling solo this was much appreciated as it’s nice to know the staff care. The location is also excellent for any events at either the ExCel or London’s O2 Arena. It’s a five minute walk from two different tube stations with great links to central London, and also a two minute walk to the cable car, which is a really fun way to arrive at the O2!
− The rooms need a bit of modernisation and the pillows weren’t great.
