6.0The staff was very friendly. The room had no resemblance to the pictures shown on the website. On the website it said that they have a/c, which they have, but failed to mention that it works only a few months of the year and when we stayed there was no a/c and it was hot. The bathroom was good.

10.0Alessandro at front desk went above and beyond to help make my stay fantastic and give me additional info on restaurants and area. Hotel is located near central train station but without the noise! I am very grateful I found this hotel and had such helpful staff to make my stay extra wonderful.

10.0Very close to train station. The room looks ancient but clean. Staff is very helpful. I need to leave early next morning (before 7am) and they are very kind to give me a bag with breakfast to go. Thanks a lot!
