9.0The breakfast was fantastic and a huge spread. The room was lovely and quiet. The location is perfect - right at the tram stop from the airport and at the major train station. The staff was exceptional, especially Maurizio and Amalia. Maurizio helped me book another room at the end of my trip! He got me a great room at a great price.
− The perfumed sheet should be left off or optional - the scent is very heavy.

8.0Café da manhã, limpeza do quarto, atendimento no balcão, equipe, atendimento no bar (o Fábio, que trabalha no bar, foi muito atencioso conosco e com as pessoas que atendeu).
− Demora com os elevadores e capacidade dos elevadores é reduzida, o que pode dificultar pessoas com dificuldade de mobilidade. Em virtude da alta movimentação do local, ainda se ouvem barulhos externos (veículos, pessoas, buzinas). A entrada do estacionamento ao lado do hotel constantemente fica interditada, pois as pessoas estacionam ao lado do hotel (em cima da calçada) para pegar as pessoas que chegam na estação, trancando o acesso ao estacionamento (entrada e saída). Deveria haver mais fiscalização neste sentido.
