Lovely hotel and staff but avoid room 110
8.0Great location. Great helpful staff.
− We were given a canal view room which was very small, compensated by a separate large sitting room which was next door but not accessed directly which meant making sure you always had the key with you as you could be locked out of either room. Rather inconvenient. We were given fruit and a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival but felt suspicious that this was to deflect from the awkwardness of the arrangement of rooms.
