Bright, comfortable large, attractive apartment in a good location
9.0Stayed on 2nd floor looking towards the chapel . Bright with large windows that open to Juliet balconies. The bells ring out around 8am and then again in afternoon . It’s loud but it didn’t bother us ,added to the holiday vibe . Everything you need. Big kitchen. Good shower, very comfortable huge bed . Shutters on windows. No street noise from our apartment facing the chapel . Some homeless people on chapel steps, we were never approached by them. Very central location . Only trams to front & small one way street to the back.
− There wasn’t always water in the kitchen tap . Again it didn’t impact our holiday . The Juliet balconies need attention as there are a lot of pigeons and the railings and balcony floor space have a lot of pigeon poop. We didn’t need apartment cleaned during stay but would’ve liked a towel change but didn’t know a way of doing this , reception desk was rarely attended & nothing in the information book.

− Had to replace batteries and the signal was poor, I could not watch the football match because of that.
Fantastic and would definitely recommend.
9.0Location was prime and well-positioned, staff were helpful, access was easy for multiple members of party coming and going at different times, felt safe and secure, and slippers were welcoming and useful touch.
− Just one remote missing for one of the room air conditioner.
