Review of Adagio Apart-hotel in Bercy Village area in September, 2026
8.0Location. Breakfast. Staff courteousness.
− The fridge did not work properly, and never cooled enough even when set to the max coldness setting. The burners in the kitchen did not get as hot as we are used to at home, and kept shutting off in the middle of cooking as if to maintain a fixed burner temperature. There was no shampoo or conditioner provided in a hotel charging more than 200 Euros per night, just a bottle of hand soap on the sink and in the bath. No body lotion either - standard fare in even mid-level hotels in the US. There were several wooden and metal sharp edges on the bed that could be dangerous for senior citizens navigating the room at night. The bathtub access was unusually high.

3.0− تبهذلت معاهم عطوني غرفه بدون مكيف وما طلعوني من الغرفه وما كان متوفر غرفه نفس اللي كنت حاحزتها اعطوني غرفه اكبر وطلبت منهم اني اجلس في مده الاقامه المتبقيه وكانت اربع ايام قالوا اوكي لان صعب نقل الاغراض والشنط وخصوصا ان الخدمه ذاتيه جلست يومين بعدها بلغوا ابني بعد ما طلعت ان لازم افضي الغرفه والا يحسبون رسوم. حاولت اتفاهم معهم موظف الاستقبال ابد ما كان متعاون واسلوبه شي وقالي هذا كلام المدير وانا ما اسوي لك شي قلت يكلم المدير رفض وجلست يوم على اعصابي وكان باقي اصلا يومين

7.0Cuina ben equipada. Té restaurants i botigues a prop. La zona és tranquila i segura. Metro molt aprop.
− Personal poc amable. Està força lluny del centre. Falta manteniment. L’habitació és molt petita.
