Staff was not very friendly. Long queue at the check-in counter. Room and facility was good.

Lovely hotel with outstanding staff!
8.0The hotel was great- we asked for an accessible room for my daughter and got one, close to the lift and with support in the bathroom. Staff were very helpful and polite, rooms were clean and well provisioned. Air conditioning was a godsend in the heatwave! Roof terrace was amazing but so hot, so we only went once. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Location was perfect- right by train station but a nice area with lots of restaurants and bars. We did a bus tour- just round the corner.

10.0Room was lovely and clean. This is an old hotel but beautifully maintained. The location is spot on. The rooftop bar is a nice additional feature. We were able to walk to all the to tourist spots. The rooftop bus was also really close by. At the end of our stay we walked to the train station in under 5 mins.
