6.0Property was interesting an old convent I believe but although they mentioned no elevator to rooms they did not mention that there were over 40 steep steps straight off the street to the reception. Carrying heavy suitcases up was awful. Two of us really hurt ourselves.

10.0The personnel was exceptionally kind and helpful. The room and breakfast were decent. The patio is super cozy and beautiful. It was a great experience. If you travel with a big luggage it may be somehow difficult to carry it all the way up as the elevator isn’t available yet. Upon departure we’re offered an assistance with our luggage, though it wasn’t required.
