Отличное расположение, тихий центр, 2 минуты от Дуомо, кондиционеры в каждой комнате, что в такую жару было спасением, удобные кровати, 2 санузла, хорошее постельное белье. Сама квартира красивая, с хорошей мебелью и шикарным видом на купол Дуомо.

− Есть вопросы к чистоте полов, пришлось их самой вымыть при заезде, так как ходить по пыльному полу было неприятно, в ванной комнате был рассыпан стиральный порошок на полу, который тоже я убирала. На кухне нет вилок и ложек, из приборов только один странного вида нож. Крайне слабый напор в душе, можно сказать еле-еле

Beautiful apartment and views

− No one mention es the 72 steps to the apt. One member of our party had to go to hôtel at much added expense.

We had a wonderful four days in Florence thanks in part to this great accommodation.

This apartment is clean and boasts incredible Duomo views from two of the bedrooms. However, be prepared for a workout; it’s on the 4th floor with 72 steps and no elevator, so pack light (carry-on only) to avoid a struggle with luggage.The third "box room" with single bed lacks a view, looking out only at neighboring drainpipes. Regarding the heating it is controlled externally, so the unit felt chilly at night. Once we notified the host he was very responsive and turned it on immediately upon request, you can also use the A/C units to warm up the space.

− The biggest drawback was the shower. Due to extremely low water pressure, the flow in the shower head is a mere trickle, making it impossible to shower or wash long hair. Additionally, the water temperature was very difficult to regulate. Given the price point, the poor shower experience was a significant disappointment.
