− Il fatto che l'hotel mi abbia richiesto in privato di assegnare una valutazione Booking di almeno 9 o 10 per soddisfare le loro aspettative (lo fanno sempre, ad ogni prenotazione). L'ho trovato molto sgradevole e non particolarmente corretto, ed è l'unico motivo per cui ho dato 8.
