− Pequeno almoço fraco com funcionários sem atenção as faltas. Falta de funcionários de forma geral e especificamente no sauna e piscina. Sauna constantemente desligado pelo que tínhamos de chamar alguém para ligar o que, normalmente, não era exequível com o tempo de aquecimento. Por duas vezes que não foi possível fazer. Constantemente sem toalhas. Algumas comodidades avariadas sem prévio conhecimento.

1.0le personnel etait tres gentil
− Tout était décevant. La chambre était vieille et sale. La douche était équipée d'un simple rideau, comme dans les années 80. J'ai même trouvé un cafard dans la salle de bain. L'ascenseur permettant d'accéder à la piscine était en panne. J'ai donc dû traverser le hall en serviette de bain, l'hôtel ne mettant même pas de peignoir à disposition pour ses clients. Une véritable catastrophe. Cet établissement ne mérite certainement pas ses 4 étoiles. Très loin du standing et du niveau de service que l'on est en droit d'attendre d'un hôtel de cette catégorie.
