10.0Location, Safe, transportation, quite, walkable,convenient , staffs Saminah and Rafael were wonderfull, pleasent et very costumer service oriented . It went beyoind my expectation . I will give this place 20 stars. And i will come back and strongly recommend. It was my fiirst trip to Lisbon . I will stay again at this hotel . 8.0It’s fine if you want a small, clean room. Staff friendly. In a quiet area. Could use some improvement in amenities. For example I had expressed the desire for a kettle in the room for tea or coffee. They brought us a kettle but would not provide tea bags or instant coffee. Also water only on first night. Thereafter no water.
