8.0This hotel is right in the floating city of Venice, on a back street off the Grand Canal. It is an amazing location!

4.0Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows very hard and uncomfortable. Service for leaving luggage after check out was good
Misleading pictures on website
6.0Our room was awful with only very basic equipment. Bathroom ok but needed work on it. Sockets didn’t work where there was a light switch because as soon as you plugged the adaptor in the light went out. The reception area and dining room were better but in general the whole hotel needed a thorough clean and refurbishment. Not impressed and grossly overpriced.

10.0A nice room, comfortable, good location, friendly staff, reasonable rates, very good breakfast. My only suggestion would have been to be informed that our room was on the 4th floor, requiring 5 flights of steps. Having had knee surgery recently, this was a drawback for me; however, there is a one-person elevator. Be sure to ask about it if needed!

10.0Very close to train station. Ideal for travellers with luggage (travelling to or from other parts of Italy). Hidden in a narrow alley, two minutes walk to Grand Canal but away from the noise of the crowds. Guest House sharing building with Hotel Agli Artisit. Very basic (but adequate) furnishing. Rooms with private bathroom available.
