8.0The location was perfect. Really close to everything.
− Not a great choice for breakfast, no tea and coffee making facilities. Shower was not clean, lots of mold on shower. Ants under the fridge.

10.0The location of the property was excellent, just a few minutes (like two or three!) walk to the Duomo and easy to find. The staff was Excellent- friendly and warm, very helpful, very welcoming. Each time we came back after a hot day of sightseeing, we felt like we were being greeted by people who know the true meaning of hospitality. I also appreciated having a tub to take a soak, which was not a feature at any other properties that we stayed at during our trip, and it was nice to have that at least once while traveling. Everything was perfectly clean and lovely. And the price kept us on budget! We tried the breakfast one day and that was excellent. Shout out to Karema who welcomed us in and brought us eggs and sausages- her smile lit up the morning!
− Just a note that the lighting in the bathroom is a little dark and the entrance into the shower could be a little tight if you are on the taller or broader side. I am short at 5’1” and I wondered how anyone larger than me could get in there. The mini fridge didn’t keep things very cold, just slightly cooler than room temperature.
It was wonderful and hope to be back.
