9.0The rooftop pool, bar, and view were a wonderful feature of the hotel. The room was confortable and clean, and the food in the restaurant was delicious
− Food and beverage hours for the rooftop might have been a little longer, but not a big deal.

10.0Hotelul este bine organizat, personalul este de nota 10 plus in special Gerard (restaurant). Bucataria atat pentru micul dejun, cat si pentru cina tip bufet suedez (ambele) au fost structurate foarte organizat, intotdeauna meniul a fost diversificat (in 12 zile nicio cina nu a avut acelasi preparat de mancare), 3-4 tipuri de carne si garnituri, fructe si desert. La cina doar bautura nu a fost inclusa, dupa parerea mea, orice gurmand, dar si orice mofturos gaseste ceva de mancat, absolut delicios si vast. Zona hotelului bine amplasata, transportul in comun foarte bine pus la punct de pe orice straduta invecinata. Prosoapele au fost schimbate zilnic, cu exceptia zilelor in care nu solicitam expres acest schimb. Piscina de pe rooftop ofera o priveliste spectaculoasa, din pacate este de dimensiuni mici pentru capacitatea hotelului.
− Curatenia poate fi imbunatatita si lifturi mai bine coordonate, exista 3 lifturi care nu functioneaza independent, adica nu coreleaza informatie venind toate desi ai urcat deja intr-unul.
Estuve 4 noches , pero tuvimos que cambiar a 3 habitaciones distintas , por no estar suficientemente limpia , por tener
