10.0Highly recommend this hotel made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived. Very kind room upgrade as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary nice touches in thd room too. We will definitely be back next time in London!

9.0Our family loved the location with walking distance to Tower Bridge. We enjoyed family walks over the bridge each evening around sunset. We got a family room and it was a nice size. Everything was very tidy. Excellent location with many pubs nearby and walking distance to tube/bus stops.
