Great hotel, service, location
10.0Room were great and modern. Great breakfast and pool. Staff were awesome with all of our questions. Overground train stop 2 min walk. Walking distance to museum that has David statue and Duomo church
− Had to pay to use a third party gym. Very minor criticism.

9.0Lovely hotel, amazing attentive staff and fantastic location.
− There was some kind of truck outside the hotel, connected with cables to their car park. It was incredibly noisy for one full day of our stay, finishing late at night and re starting at 7.30am right outside our window. I also think it would be useful to replace some of the tables in the pool area with sun beds. There was only 6 and they were in high demand!

9.0Everything was perfect. Room size, location, breakfast. Except there wasn’t any parking available.
