9.0Pleasant, comfortable room with firm beds enabling great sleep each night. Delicious breakfasts with plenty of choice for all tastes. Very helpful and amiable staff on reception who gave good information when needed.
− Lack of coffee and tea making facilities (we were told these were only available in premium rooms, although there was a mini bar which is usually more reflective of that standard, so kind of contradictory) Location was a bit further out than we thought so had to get a lot of taxis to and from the centre, however quite conveniently close to the airport. We weren't keen on the pigeons roosting on the ledge outside our windows making it difficult to have the windows open so had to make full use of the air conditioning throughout our stay.

Perfect place to base yourself in Lisbon if happy to use efficient metro.
10.0All good - really good staff who go the extra mile, well appointed room, clean, great in house restaurant. Close to metro. Would definitely stay there again.
